Just be reasonable!
Running, running. It seemed like all they'd done since the prison fell was to run. Aside from the odd moment stolen to partake of some Moonshine and arson, they'd been steady going. Finally, when the weather started to turn colder and the wear and tear of constant running took its toll. They found shelter where they could, but nothing was ever secure. It always turned into another flight for their lives.
Tonight, they'd holed up in an old storage unit. The mostly empty unit was shelter enough, secure enough with its rolling, metal door. The only real problem was that it didn't have any insulation to speak of and the bitterly cold night air blew in through the cracks.
They'd fashioned a place to sleep. It was bed-like, with the wooden pallets and scraps of old furniture and linens. After weeks of sleeping wherever they could, mostly on the hard ground, it was almost, kinda, sorta comfortable... if it wasn't in a deep freeze.
"Daryl," Beth sighed, fighting to stay patient. "You can't sleep on the floor. It's like a sheet of ice. Just get up here, already."

She leaned down, capturing his lips again, kissing deeply in between panting breaths. "Daryl. Daryl..."

Jesus...
Leaning up, he caught her in another kiss, deeper than before.

"Feel so good," she gasped. Pleasure built inside her, heat pooling low in her belly. "Don't stop, don't stop..."
no subject
Wasn't planning on it, not now.

When it finally did, she rolled her head forward again, eyes closed, drawing shuddering breaths to slow her heart and breathing down from their break-neck pace. Oh wow. Running from Walkers wasn't even this much of a workout.

The way she came around him, the way she moved and sounded... he hadn't meant to, but he was coming hard and sudden, hips bucking up against hers as the pleasure hit because--
fuck How could he not? Even if it was a terrible damn idea.

When he stopped moving, she sank down, settling against his chest, resting her head on his shoulder. The cool air was starting to become noticeable again, but she couldn't be bothered to do anything about it. Not when she felt this good and was this comfortable.
"Wow..."
no subject
Shit.
"You can say that again."
no subject
"We can do that again, right?" She asked, peeking up to grin at him. If she had any say about it, they would. Over and over.
no subject
"Yeah. Maybe not right now though..."
no subject
She leaned up and kissed him softly. "Good. As long as it's sometime."

She planted a last, promising kiss on his lips, then reached over to fumble for their hastily discarded clothes. It was getting pretty cold again.

Once she grabbed her clothes, he hastily went to put his own back on, right them. "Want somethin' to eat? Think we still got some canned stuff... fruit at least."
no subject
"Wanna eat while we're movin'?" She asked him, handing him an open can of fruit cocktail.
